Shipping & Returns

We provide delivery and installation between New York and Boston, or you can pick up your piece in our Newport, RI or Greenwich, CT showrooms.

UPS delivers items under 150lbs. Orders over 150lbs require a freight provider and we use Old Dominion in Cumberland, RI. We ship internationally from Newark, NJ.

Returns must be made within two weeks of delivery and our return policy places all shipping costs and logistics in the hands of the client. Once we have the product back we will return payment to the client within seven business days.
