Northeast Hardwood’s net negative emissions means each board foot captures 4.7 lbs of CO2. A tables averages 125 board feet or 587 lbs CO2 which is equivalent to 7 years of lawn mower emissions. We source timber from urban development, decay, or windfall, and our milling draws hundreds of thousands of pounds of CO2 from the atmosphere each year.

Meet Andre Arguimbau, the owner and founder of Northeast Hardwood located at 170 Noroton Ave, Darien, CT. Over the past year, Andre has dedicated himself to transforming the property a fully functioning woodshop and gallery. Andre leads timber procurement, milling operations, and has worked with clients on the design and build of over 100 projects.
